the cannondale just did not fit right .. the quill stem i had was like a -17 sake. it woud never give me the rise i wanted.. and i dont want hunt for some other quill that may be a -5 which is what i prefer.. it just always felt small, it could have been the crontrol tech 0 seat post.. i will just get an adapter and toss on a stem with more angle.
