How's everyone holding up through this absurdity?
The backyard almost flooded into the living room because the 2 french drains couldn't keep up with the volume of the rain.
Our new roof is still leaking in the same spots.
The power was out last night for about 2 hours.
and
This was out my front door about 5am
That's almost 3 ft above the road.
We ventured out to get some groceries just in case, here's some pics
Here's the intersection just down the road from us
Then this guy was coming from that direction and thought he could cut the corner and whoops what a dumbass
This is the MUP that runs along the Bayou, when I bike to work I ride under this bridge every day. This is about 15-20ft or more above normal
Here's another one of the bayou by the park on the other side of my neighborhood - that light under the bridge is actually a light for a walkway underneath like the above pic. This is also probably about 20ft above normal
Last one - this is from the part of the neighborhood on the other side of the main street, a lady posted this on the neighborhood website
