Garmin 810 Training Plans?

there's the training feature in Garmin 810 that you can setup for interval training. my goal is go be faster than now.. which usually on the flat i can only ride up to 22mph before burning out. the ppl i ride with they ride 27-30mph average and climb big hills at 10mph.

i thought maybe i should find an easier riding group... but then i won't be pushed to improve.

so if you are using the garmin interval training for your 510 or 810, or others, please let me know how you guys are setting your intervals.

my resting HR is 58-60 and my avg max HR for the past 12 months is only 170. i've been doing leg press, cardio, kettlebell, swimming and running.

any suggestion would greatly appreciated!
