That's one in the series that I follow. Again, I
don't want to look ripped, I just want to keep my muscles from rotting away from not being used as my work time routine is very sedentary! I also don't have any specific goals to become fast or a 6 hour cyclist, but a commuter doing maybe 20 miles and back at peak.
I eat normal food, nothing special or in the service of exercise. I just know I need to eat or have eaten before exercising as I reckon it's ridiculous to partake in anything physical with no energy source.
