I switched back to regular cables all around due to maintenance.

I'm always fiddling with something and need to be able to swap out a housing or cable. Keeping Jagwire or similar cables on hand was too expensive a proposition for me. Shimano cables and housing from the LBS are cheap and I'm able to keep a bunch of it in the garage just in case.
