That's a beautiful bike.

I swear to God if my area had better offerings on Craig's list I'd have a garage full of bikes. But alas the offerings are crap, I just looked up steel bikes and one offering for $299 states: "back tire is good, front tire will soon need replacing, tubes hold air most of the time" Sheesh.
