I figured you knew about it. On one hand, Specialized created a 'proprietary' hub design that generated a firestorm of criticism because owners felt they were hamstrung into using Specialized wheelsets which are good but many as you know like to go off the grid and run aftermarket wheels and haven't been much if any options to this point. No doubt the aftermarket is working on this as apparently you are. What will be interesting is...if the industry follows suit with SCS spacing as the new norm for the reason you delineated....having the cassette more outboard with conventional 135m hub spacing is problematic to chainline.
