Well, I wouldn't discourage setting the price that high.

My reasons for saying this, it seems a lot of Raleigh bikes with 531 frames are selling for about $225-$250 or more; Super Courses are and they are straight gauge Reynolds tubing 531.

Here is currently a Raleigh Grand Sport for $250; it's 60 cm so again, I thought the size of your bike is fairly big. Raleigh Grand Sports

531 seems to be a bit of a magic word on Craig's, quite a few have sold rapidly around here when that is attached to the description.
