I'd still have to disagree. Plenty of people rely on computers, but as simple as swapping out a hard drive is, the majority of users opt to have someone else service their computers at work and at home. Even if they see the process, it still appears to be a daunting, and complicated task. I wouldn't consider these users idiots.
