Our area has a extraordinary high vehicle collision rate, and so our local law enforcement is somewhat more receptive to persons making reports about aggressive or careless driving, so why not inform them. Though I have an extremely thick skin to a number of motorists' shenanigans, I will occasionally cherry pick a few motorists that really cross my line in the sand.

I'm am not part of the "Smile and Wave" crowd.
