I run lights all the time while commuting in traffic. I've got a Light & Motion Urban 800 on my handlebar and a L&M Viz 360 on my helmet. Very pleased with both lights, although I would get the Viz 360 Plus if buying one now. Helmet lights rock for getting the attention of drivers.
