I am looking to buy a road bike and as I am a student, I have limited money.
There is a bike that interest me and it is the Norco valence alu disc. There is a shimano 105 and tiagra version of the bike, but I think about getting the tiagra one to save some money there.
The reason I want a road bike with disc brake is because I want to do some long bike trip this summer and if it rains, I want my brake to always be reliable. And another reason is because I live in Montreal, Canada, so the weather can be cold and if my hands are freezing, I still want to be able to brake.

Anyone can tell me if that would be a good choice, I am a little new to road bike so I don't know everything about them!
