Ditch the aero bars right away. Pricing depends on your market. Where are you? It'll bring more cleaned up and ready to ride. Expect a full overhaul at a shop to run a pretty penny compared to doing it yourself. 600 Tri Color is good equipment, but not top shelf. Giordana, while a quality frame, doesn't have the same name recognition as a DeRosa or Merckx.
