I'd remove the aero bars, seat bag and pump and clean the bike. Adjust all the cables to get it shifting properly. Oil the chain. Maybe new cheap tires? I wouldn't spend the money on a bike shop tuneup, just do the basic stuff yourself and make it shiny. I'm not sure what it's worth now, someone with more info will come along, but I'm going to guess around $600.
