Crazy, I was in a nearly identical situation. Except instead of riding a bike I was sitting in a chair on my deck, wobbly-pop in hand. And, instead of a bear it was a humming bird. And, instead of chasing me it was sitting on a feeder nearby.

But I too occasionally ride a bike outside.
