I'd expect those are fewer than 10% of the Strava posters. I don't know how many in SoCal post to Strava on a weekend day, but I do know how many that are racing post and it is in double digits.
A TT Strava shows what they CAN do - average for 30 min ish. This is a segment of road few would ride unless it was a TT. And it is. Many posted power. Few here are "real pros" just fast, "experienced racer bikers types". It also has a hill and cross wind.
