I didn't post racing numbers. I roughly halved the power those top non-pro racers are putting out in my 23mph number I said an experienced mid 20s guy could do.
That segment I posted has 15/16 year old's on standard bikes (no TT bars, no aero bottles, spoke wheels) doing >25mph with a slight climb, decent and crosswind and gear limitations.
