Nope
From ~1967 until at least 1972 PX-10s came with Brooks Pro saddles. My 1967 all original PX-10 as I found it with a Brooks Pro.

My 1972-73 PX-10 with a Brooks Pro.
All of the PX-10 that I saw during the early 1970's had Brooks Pro saddles, even as late as 1975. Then they started coming with Ideale 2001 leather covered plastic saddles.
Brooks Pro saddles became very hard to get by the peak of the bike boom in 1973. Peugeot PX-10s, Raleigh Pros and Motobecane top end models where the only bikes I saw them on.
This 1973 Dutch catalog shows the PX-10 with Ideale 90 or Brooks B17 saddles.

I've never seen a PX-10 with a Brooks B17 saddle. I suspect it was naivete back in the day when all Brooks saddles were called B17s.
One other thing, before the advent of desktop publishing, catalogs were put together with the real cut and paste process. Photos for printing were expensive so they were used for a number of years.
Because of those factors, bicycle catalogs and literature is not always a reliable source for accurate information.
