I've never been to Stone in Escondido, but the one in Point Loma is fantastic.
And it's totally bike friendly. Plenty of places on the patio for bicycles.

Last time I was there, they had like ten on tap.
I do love the Arrogant Bastard, the double bastard and most of the other bastards. Great stuff.
As for sours, that must be an acquired taste- I accidentally had a beer from the Bruery called "Tart of Darkness" and that kind of soured me on the concept.
