I like the taste & think the nutrients help but yeah, super-salty. & in the USA Vegemite & Marmite are quite expensive for some reason even though they can be found in many grocery stores. Well they're made from yeast & in Whole Foods etc one can buy nutritional yeast: very light, supposedly better than brewers' yeast products like Vegemite & Marmite.
