I'm 5'8" (with a 30" pants inseam- and I ride a 21" bike.

I saw a Specialized hybrid and a Trek 720 hybrid looking through the NYC bike classifieds with a $150 limit.

I took out the Panasonic link because there's plenty of bikes to choose from- But for $70- the Panasonic Sport 500- looks like a pretty good deal.
