Ultegra 10 speed chains are still readily available, if you want something better than Shimano's "consolidated" (read Tiagra level) chain.

BTW you can no longer get the Ultegra 6800 11 speed chain either. They replaced it with a HG-70 or something like that. The main difference is that the replacement chain isn't reversible like the original one.
