On the flip side, I'm the polar opposite of CDR. I can attack hard and take pulls at 28-32mph for 1-2 minutes in a group of three, recover, and do it again, over and over, for an hour. I can attack solo and go flat out for 10 minutes to win. Part of its genetics, and the rest is because I trained specifically for just that. In a long road race I'm conserving and hanging in just trying to stay with the front group. Guys with 20 pounds on me just crush me on the hills.
