When you're in a break, what kind of power do you average for a 1-2 minute pull? I know you were racing long before power meters were commonplace, so I imagine you have a well developed feel for a typical pull-in-the-break effort, but I'm curious what sort of number that tends to be. I ask because I often wonder if I'm going too hard in that sort of scenario and burning gas that would be better saved for the finish.
