196X Carlton Catalina rebuilt as a 3sp sunny day cruiser.
To me, that is only a pair of mudguards and a chainguard short of the Perfect Bicycle. Of course, if it's your sunny day cruiser, and you're wearing shorts, I guess they wouldn't be needed.
