Here's a before pic of the bianchi new rose with the original group and an after with shimano 105.

In my opinion the original setup wasnt worth keeping so I for safety I switched it to shimano 105. My wife wasn't comfortable reaching to brake and shift.

The ride quality is stiff of course but very durable and you can feel the road. Good for daily commute and short rides.
