I haven't been able to hack their serial numbers. FWIW, my '72* Cilo Pacer has serial no. 70761 . (*I believe my Cilo is a '72 based on the hub locknut date code, though I'm not 100% sure of the model year.) I notice the serial in the "Budget" Bicycle Center ink above is serial no. 77927. So, it seems they were still using the same serial number format, but I can't parse in terms of year of manufacture. Those could simply be data points in a long sequential arc.

As you probably already know, those pedals take a proprietary clip. Not easy to find at a reasonable price, so you may consider other options while you keep your eyes out.

I am just going to find toe clips on Ebay. If I have to buy another set of pedals, then so be it.
