that's odd.
i think of the frame as the sum total of his nearly 40 years in the trade.
to wit, i think it's perfect. wabi-sabi, and all that! at the end of the day,
anybody could look at anything handmade and say, "foul". what is the point
of that? try to understand the history of the builder's line and i suspect you'll
look deeper than the paint layer.
