The Republicans have had many, many, times to repeal it over the last couple of years and they did not. So if you have the power (and Republicans do) to change it and you do not, it makes it the Republican problem, shame on them for not repealing it.
Oh, and just so you know, it does not matter who's program it is, it is still called the Affordable Health Care Act.
