Driver's Education is not going to help when so many of the accidents today are caused by illegal immigrants driving unmaintained, unlicensed, unregistered, and uninsured, death traps. Do you really think that the average illegal immigrant is going to take the time to train for, then apply for a driver's license which makes him/her identified to law enforcement and findable. Do you think the average illegal immigrant is going to pay for insurance, and register the car that he/she is driving?

Nope. Right now they have no responsibility and are not findable. I see it all the time now. Illegal answers an ad on CraigsList and buys a jalopy for cash. Seller does not care if the Buyer is legel or illegal as long as his/her cash is green. Illegals drive the cars without insurance or a driver's license, and without registering the car. When the car breaks down, of if he/she has an accident, the car is abandoned on the spot (driver bails).

I've been involved in probably ten accidents in the past 25 years, in each case, while I was sitting at a traffic light or stop sign waiting for a green light to proceed. With few exceptions, each time I was rear-ended. Most all were illegal immigrants, driving cars without registration, and without any ID.

San Francisco, and Los Angeles are controlled by Democrats, as is New York, and welcome illegal immigrants. These cities have growing crime problems, and do nothing to illegals except offer them money and aid.

I was just reading that 38% of New York City Budget is currently going to the support of medical aid at city hospitals for illegal immigrants. There is talk of taxing heathcare 10% to pay for the heathcare of the illegal immgirants. In San Francisco there been an uproar up illegal immigrant crime. What did you expect when you welcomed them into your city?

In LA if you are a citizen and you get caught driving without Driver's License, Registration, or Under the Influence, your car is towed away, and you may get a trip to jail. But, if you are an illegal immigrant, no ticket, no jail, and no tow. Just how is that fair?
