It would help if you could better identify the specifc problems. Which gears work well, which don't ? Under what conditions ?
Looks like your chain is off the front chainrings ?
Without spending money, Look up some videos on adjusting the rear derailleur, which may be the problem.
If the bike has been crashed or dropped on the derailleur side, then a bent rear derailleur can cause all kinds of problems.
ParkTool has repair tips, but something seems wrong with their site. I can see the main topics, but the article does not show up.
The only time that the bicycle chain doesn't cause me issues is when the front part of the chain is at the lowest level. Now, that may be due to the fact that I can barely get much speed at that setting but still. I included a video(of me trying to ride it and the chain jump, or whatever) and some more images, just in case it helps single out the issue.
And assuming this post doesn't change the idea that my bicycle is beyond easy help, I want to thanks everyone for the replies. Since it seems most believe I should replace parts to the bicycle, I'll just give up on it and buy a new one. This is what I get for buying a bicycle from a thrift store, won't make that mistake ever again.
