Those are nice trails for having right outside the back door. Really nice. They aren't the sort of singletrack most mountain bikers will drive to get to though. I'd ride 'em for sure were they by my house, but when I drive to get somewhere, then I'm after singletrack.

FWIW, even with the growing popularity of mountain-biking in my region, it's still unusual for me to meet other people on a ride. On certain high-traffic trails, yes. But outside of those, not so much. I did 30 miles last weekend and did not encounter a single other cyclist.
