First thing I would try is lowering the saddle a bit. I did this and imediatly had more comfort...For me, I also slid the saddle back a bit. Forget all your measurements and saddle height tricks for a week or so, and just lower your seat 1/2 inch and see if it provides immediate relief....taking the saddle back helps keep a similar knee extension, but not such a straight down extension pulling your hips down.
