I typically just use Velocity Deep V's.
I know H+Son has their two 42mm rims in 650's. Wish they'd either make their Archetype or TB14's in a 650 as well.
Open Pro and CXP's both have visible brake surfaces.
HED, ENVE, Zipp, etc are a little (a lot) out of my price range.

So a lower profile, inexpensive, non-machine side walled 650c rim. I'm assuming that narrows the field by quite a bit, just wondering if there's anything out there that I haven't discovered on my own minimal research.
