It may seem counter-intuitive, but more padding is not what you want, as that will only facilitate transfer of weight bearing from the ischial tuberosities (aka "sitz bones") to the pudendal nerve, which is causing your problem. Try moving the seat down, changing the tilt, etc. If no improvement, consider a new saddle. Many shops have loaner saddles you can ride for a couple weeks to help you decide. A professional fitting may also help.
