Two things:

1. This isn't the 'ask seely' thread.
2. He asked about 650C rims, not 650B.

Velocity Fusion and A23 are available in 650c, as well as the Kinlin XR300 but they all have a machined sidewall. If you want non-machined you'll need to go with a Deep V, Formation Face or SL42.
