As long as the disc rotor diameter is the same, it should work. With a new wheel, you may need to re-align the caliper, but a 160mm disc is a 160mm disc (assuming yours is a 160mm disc). There are other disc sizes too, like 140mm, and 180mm. I've not seen anyone go through the trouble of installing a 203mm rear disc rotor.

Just keep in mind that your rotor from the 6 bolt mounting cannot be mounted to the wheel with the centerlock.
