Since you just installed a new bottom bracket, and you greased the pedal threads, it's likely the creak is coming from the interface of the arm and spindle. Remove the arm, clean the tapers or splines and the hole in the arm. For square taper, leave it dry; for splined systems, use grease. Torque the arm down to the recommended value for the crank you have.
