Removing a well glued tubular from the rim takes similar hand strength to mounting a tight clincher tire. Even very sensible tubular riders make sure their tires are securely glued. Not because of fear, but rather just because of the need to do the job right. Fear of rolling a tire when you know how to glue them would be stupid.
