Put me in the "It's repulsive" camp, which is saying something because I eat a lot of varied things. A few weeks ago (at home) I made veal kidneys with a lemon mustard sauce. Divine, but I know I wouldn't carry them around on a bike tour. Had horse for lunch in Italy a few years ago. Love sauerkraut and canned fish. When I was young we were hurting financially for a while. Ate a lot of chicken livers because they were cheap. Now there is an acquired taste.
