Looking for advice on what I should do? I bought a steel frame bike and it arrived with a pretty big dent/gauge in the seat tube by the bottle mounts. It wasn't there in seller's pictures and I'm pretty sure it happened in shipping because they shipped it with both wheels detached and no plastic plugs in the axels or even a layer of cardboard between the wheels and frame so I believe the axel of one wheels did the damage in the box. This was supposedly packed and shipped by seller's LBS. I want to keep the bike because it seems like mostly cosmetic damage but it's kind of annoying because I woudln't have paid as much for a bike with a this blemish
