Bikes: Waterford RST-22, Bob Jackson World Tour, Ritchey Breakaway Cross, Soma Saga, De Bernardi SL, Specialized Sequoia

I recommend the Vittoria Hypers if they fit your budget. If not, then I would look at Panaracer Pasela PTs or Panaracer Gravel Kings. All of these options are folders and relatively light weight.
