1. Mt. Shasta MTB (my son's old ride tricked up for commuting with hybrid tires and racks).
2. Glucosamine/chondroitin, maca, aspirin, calcium.
3. Depends on the week; I have plenty of energy but am less 'resilient'.
4. Periodic casual/rec for several years; commuting more or less full time for
9 months.
5. Commuting, shopping. Some rec biking with wife.
6. Five days a wk. 6-27 miles/day.
7. Pickup soccer, hiking.
