Awesome commutes since it's finally warmed up enough that I work up a good sweat both ways, helping me to drop some of that extra weight from the winter. Although I attribute that more to moderation than to biking.

It's coming up on my sixth year of commuting to my current job, next month. 1280 round trips so far, 23,000 miles to the same office, and I still find myself explaining it to co-workers. How far is it, how long does it take, how difficult is it with all the cars? At least the VP of Technology doesn't use me as an exhibit on the new hire orientation any more
