MTB: disk brake problem

1Day ago i finally mounted my new wheel since i destroyed the old one against a car...
I decided to buy a better disk (from 160 to 180) , i also buyed a new pair of brake pads (original shimano this time).

I mounted everything and made a test ride and everything was working fine but this morning i saw a little problem.
The new brake pads seems not working such yesterday , when i hit the brake lever they too squeakies.
On the cable i saw a little bit of oil , do you guys think i need to replace the cable or the problem is near the brake pistons?

best regards
