Cop or just a everyday driver, the bike was completely legal, and that car clipped him. Yes we can say the bike should've been more causious, but who hasn't done the same trying to make a yellow light ? No one riding a bike can be perfect 100% of the time you just do your best to stay safe. It was just another incident of a bike tangling with a car, but the car was a cop. The guy took a good hit, he's going to be feeling that for a while.
