Don't know what "Velomax" is - probably a sponsor - but I can tell you that stem has a Somec pantograph on the front of it. Said stem is a Cinelli 1A. Bar is interesting in that both sides have a Cinelli crest engraving vice a crest on one side/model name on the other. Seatpost is a Campagnolo Super Record from the early-to-mid 80s.
