1) Motorcycle handling dynamics are different from bicycle handling
2) A bicycle is 1/10th the weight of its rider while a motorcycle is 2-3X
3) Tires are much, much skinnier
4) Learning to handle your equipment on its edge is important, but a motorcycle track course cannot teach you about handling your machine at its limit while your body is simultaneously at its own limit.

ANY track course would help on learning the benefits of hitting the apex and carrying momentum, it doesn't have to be motorcycle specific. Hell, even a video game can teach you that. What they won't teach you is handling your bicycle at its limit when you've reached your own physical and mental exhaustion, all while still needing to take risks in order to win.
