I'm pretty good a making things that are supposed to work together not, and I wouldn't try this one. The FD, RD, chain rings, brake calipers, stem, bars, saddle, frame, rear wheel without freewheel, front wheel, and seat post may be 6/7 speed, but the shifters are not unless they are friction, and then, they may not, but generally are

The shifters often run $10 to $15, so I don't see the point in trying to make one work with the other. However, if you need 7-sp 105 shifters, let me know.
