Welcome to the forum. The fact that this is a European model and not one of the standard Bianchi S/Nformats complicates matters. However, the initial reaction is so say a 1984 or 1985 model, as it was pretty common to use the first numeral as a year indicator and this corresponds to the recollected timeframe. Pictures may help. Include an overall picture taken from the drive side and detail pictures of major components such as the brakes, derailleurs and crankset.
